He started his professional carrier in the legal consultation after graduating and had his own law firm located in Egypt since 1992 until he came to the State of Kuwait in 2014.

He has extensive experience of more than 34 years between Egypt and Kuwait in all criminal, civil, commercial and administrative cases, personal status and family issues, arbitration and rental cases.

Proficient in preparing and drafting memorandums, statements of claims, agreements, and contracts

He also participates in preparing and reviewing draft laws to present before the Kuwaiti National Assembly.

He has experience in corporate, banking, capital markets and insurance dispute.

Twakoul Mansour

He has more than 17 years of experience between Egypt and Kuwait in the field of legal counselor and litigation. Experienced in writing memorandums and statement of complaints and appeals. Skilled in editing and preparing legal consultations in various branches of law (civil, commercial, administrative, and labor). Proficient in settling corporate disputes and excellent knowledge of the new Kuwaiti bankruptcy law.

He has experience in financial market, trading, and stock exchange of bonds in the markets. He has extensive experience and great knowledge in restructuring companies. Proficient in the convening or ordinary general assembly and extraordinary general assembly for all different commercial companies and dealing with the central securities depositories. Also, experienced in all transactions, real estate registration and documentation, credit contracts, mortgage contracts, and registering mortgage lists.

Before joining us, he served as Deputy Director of the Legal Department at Mena Holding Group, its subsidiaries and associate companies, and Head of the Group’s Shareholder Records Unit

Sherif Ahmed Mohammed

He has extensive and accumulated experience in the work of law and legal consultations for approximately 29 years, including 20 years in the State of Kuwait. He also worked in the sector of listed companies, both investment and real estate, for 16 years, and has full knowledge of all types of contracts and sales in the Islamic economy (murabaha -tawarruq -lease ending with ownership -operating lease -istisna -mortgage -investment agency -investment portfolios), as well as construction and operation contracts.
